Corrections
We correct meaningful errors.
Technology changes quickly, and even careful reporting can become outdated. TECHMUNDI distinguishes between routine updates, factual corrections and editorial clarifications.
Routine updates
We may revise an article when compatibility, software features, standards, security guidance, product requirements or other decision-relevant information changes. A reviewed date should change only after a meaningful editorial pass over the guidance and its supporting sources.
Factual corrections
If we identify a material factual error, we correct the inaccurate information and re-check the recommendation that depended on it. A correction should not be used to preserve a conclusion that is no longer supported by the evidence.
Clarifications
We may clarify wording when a passage is technically accurate but could reasonably mislead readers or omit context needed to understand a recommendation.
Source changes
Primary documentation can move, change or be superseded. When a source materially changes the decision framework, the article should be reviewed and the source list updated. Broken links are not treated as proof that an earlier claim remains correct.
Editorial responsibility
TECHMUNDI remains responsible for the final published page even when software or AI tools assist production. Our sourcing and verification process is described in Research Standards.
